Return & Exchange Policy

At AgAu, we take pride in our craftsmanship and your satisfaction. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unworn or unused

• In its original packaging

• With original tags intact

• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

To initiate a return, contact us at agau.shopify@gmail.com. Please note: returns must be sent to the designated return address provided by our team. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Need a different item? The fastest way is to return the original and make a new purchase once your return is approved.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at agau.shopify@gmail.com so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Personalized or custom items

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

For hygiene and safety, personal care products and certain materials (e.g. flammable items) are also non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.
