Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please reach out to us at agau.shopify@gmail.com with your full name and order number. We will promptly investigate the issue and assist you.
